@fernandosn This 100%! I had GD and preeclampsia and my medical team was very supportive (doula and OB). They did all the physiological supports and in my case, I avoided a tear on a vaginal delivery. If you want to do this again, I highly recommend a doula. And seeing a maternal fetal medicine...
