@rukundo A stroller wouldn't bother my shoulder. It's carrying the car seat even from the car to the door that I'm concerned about. I've looked at travel systems, but I don't think I'll want to use the stroller each time I move the car seat.

@otrtdamascus I agree with a lot of what was already said - food delivery gift cards are great. I had family prepare a bunch of freezer meals for me so I didn't have to cook which was also nice. If you live near her, make a coupon book and offer to watch the baby while she showers and sleeps. Or...
