    What helped you lose the weight?

    @olviersue I have to make sure I’m not snacking and I cut out starchy carbs. I let myself have a fun meal twice a month. Weight is coming off slower than I’m use to being 6 months pp. But I’ve lost 15ish lbs since November - even with the holidays. Slow and steady.

    2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

    @rrruff 7 weeks PP with my second c section baby and feeling the same. I try to focus on small wins and do things to feel good, but each day is still a struggle. I didn’t feel this way with my first, it’s just all a wild ride.
