@xvcxcewer Agree, from what I've seen food ladders seem to be fairly common (possibly standard?) for reintroduction in the UK and Europe (as long as the initial allergic reaction meets certain criteria). I found the UK egg ladder first, and then this interesting paper from a group in Canada...
