    @satan1568 You don’t also do before bed, first thing in the morning, and after naps? I know sometimes those coincide with poops but that plus poops seems like it should be bare minimum.

    @jd34 Yeah, I’m feeling unfortunately like it’s become a when with how contagious omicron Is and how their age group is with it. It’s depressing. And Im an essential worker, vaccinated and boosted all pfizer. I wish I could protect my kids

    @spacecadet3767 I’m healthcare and my husband isn’t and I wish I was able to do sick days! Maybe that’s because he usually works in the office and gets to work from home on sick days which frankly I really really wish I could do. Is he jealous of your situation at all?

    @kezia Older kids should largely be able to take care of themselves through much of the day. Parent B probably should work from home if they can but this wasn’t a morning of conversation.

    Those who do Santa Lite... tell me your ways

    @traceyn My child is also 2.5 and I’ve just kind of not mentioned it as anything real. She’s read books with Santa in it but she also reads about unicorns and dragons and fairies so I don’t think she thinks he’s real. It probably helps that she goes to a daycare that doesn’t really do Santa...
