Desperate to find a good carrier r/babywearing

@realist1981 I haven’t tried them yet but you might look at OScha slings. They also have online lessons and people seem pretty in love. I got an aerial and ring sling recently from Wild bird and like the aerial but I can’t speak to it very much because I’ve only worn it a few times and baby is...

What is your experience on getting off the pill while being plus size?

@brokenlyperfect When I did it, we were told to order or buy the strips, yeah. I ordered a big box and it had ovulating and pregnancy tests. As far as my OB told me, they are reliable. And I can tell you that I’m 38w + 3 and scheduled for c-section Thursday so they worked for us. It took me...

What is your experience on getting off the pill while being plus size?

    Diaper rash is inevitable

@cathya As someone with super sensitive skin, this doctor is definitely misinformed. Natural fibers vs. synthetic, there’s no question synthetic irritate skin hands down more. Add poop fuel and cream chemicals to the fire and rash is almost guaranteed.

    Feeling scared and broken

@candimarie I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’m not in florida but just had a healthy baby girl 2 weeks ago through a plus sized pregnancy. I only had one bad moment with one of my OBs (went to a rotating practice) and the rest were phenomenal. I know how hard it can be emotionally. Take...

    Pre existing high blood pressure

@essamtarik I don’t have high blood pressure but on the off chance no one has asked, are you doing anything to address anxiety? From my knowledge, anxiety can increase blood pressure so working on breathing and meditation might be something to look into during pregnancy as a support (not instead...
