@iambrandonheat unfortunately, nothing will change. it’s the same thing that’s happened in the workforce over the decades. you need to do more with less and be grateful for it. speaking from a USA perspective.

@iserveonemaster i mean there is only 58 comments in this thread, that’s hardly representative of every person, not to mention the selection bias you get of who is on reddit and furthermore who is on predaddit.

@gbu if your company is fmla eligible - you might be able too! i’d recommend contacting hr to ask if it’s possible to extend it or save it knowing you have 2 weeks if you need to help for doctors appointments or random things during the year. just don’t let it go unused if you can help it !
