How do you control your rage when your child physically hurts you?

@laurie4321 Hey I’m glad you’re reading comments. My husband actually experienced some post Partum rage after we had our son. Like our baby would cry and he would just plop him down and say “you figure it out!!” Um no he’s like a day old he can’t figure it out. Your situation is leaps and...

    Cloth diapering newborn

@mauriciosr Honestly I just went with it. I didn't watch a bunch of YouTube or read a bunch of books. I just said I want to use cloth diapers. I asked my friend about wash routines and I came to this subreddit. This community here is really amazing and helpful. Almost everything I've learned...

@mauriciosr Yes absolutely. The link I shared with you for green mountain diapers has the cloth eeze prefolds in newborn, size 1,2 and 3. We are using medium ones for my 7month old. Their website also has a new to cloth diaper quiz you can take and it'll recommend the best kits for you . My...

    Keeping house tidy

@wh2 Oh yeah! They were prescribed amphetamines to keep up their energy and their doctors would give them orgasms for the baby blues and "hysteria"(depression)

    Keeping house tidy

@wh2 There was this mom in a mom group I was in who had two under two and she always looked so well put together. Her house was always spotless and she seemingly had so much energy. One day we asked her how she did it and she said she does a tiny bump of amphetamines every morning and thatb...

    Diaper rash is inevitable

@cathya My son has only ever had a diaper rash when he poops and pees in his diaper and I don’t catch it right away. And one other time using disposables. If you’re changing baby frequently enough they should not get rashes. If you’re washing their diapers properly, they should not get...

    Cloth diapering newborn

@mauriciosr Alva baby pockets are great but microfiber inserts are not. I started with Alva baby but I just bought 12 to see how I would like them. I love them, and they are not sufficient for my heavy wetter overnight. I now stuff the pockets with cloth eeze cotton prefolds . So we invested...

    Alva baby diapers question.

@dianes I have a bunch of Alva baby diapers. I no longer use the inserts that came with them. We bought a bunch of cotton prefolds from green mountain diapers and stuff them with those. Works great. But we rarely use our Alva diapers anymore. My son is very long and they’re not long enough for...

We can’t bed share because my baby is formula fed? Explain

@chenml60 Okay so my baby is breastfed but we don’t feed doing side laying position. My boobs melt into the bed so he can’t latch anyways. Here is how we sleep. Baby and I basically sleep nose to nose. I have a big warm light blanket folded in half at the bottom of the bed to cover me up to...

    Help pls

@aymgoa So I’m going to share my routine. It sounds like you’re not using enough detergent. I know that sounds crazy but you need way more than up to the first line. Even though it seems like there’s build up. If you wash them long enough, either hot enough water and enough detergent it will...

    S.O.S

@flowerchildtt You need hot water for both washes. I was doing a cold first wash and got ammonia build up and got rashes. Also you need detergent on both washes.

Cuddle curl but not feeding side lying?

@tom34 I do. I can’t feed side laying. My boob just melts into my armpit. So we sleep in the cuddle curl and when he wakes up I sit up and feed him and then I lay him back down to sleep. It works for us.

@ari4ever7 I love the eezkoala fitteds from Temu, they’re my bullet proof overnight diaper with an elinfant cotton and bamboo doubler. I have some workhorses but they don’t keep baby dry.
