@joint_praise This is wild! We have get a letter from the hospital with our due date and maternity leave starts two weeks prior to that date. It's such a shame to have so little time to prep and then afterwards too. I hope this changes for you all soon!

@qork I always thought it was a myth that the US works right up until their due date but my eyes have been opened by this sub on how bad mat leave is over there! I wish you luck and if they don't give it, I'd call in sick that day
