What’s the dumbest thing anyone ever said to you as a twin parent?

@nathann Did you also want a high risk, super difficult pregnancy? 😌

Anyone interested in a “cooking for multiples” sub?

@katiebugsb I was running behind on cooking dinner so I thought I’d do the banana pancakes again, but then I noticed I had an avocado that was close to going bad. Soooo. I did half an avocado with a full banana+same other stuff, and babies loved it! I used the rest for avocado/cheese toast to...

Anyone interested in a “cooking for multiples” sub?

@anglicanpeace Is there a “cooking” flair already? I know there’s breastfeeding. Idk, I never use them. If so, maybe that would be a good way to make them easier to find if people would rather keep everything in on sub. Idc either way, I just need help 😅🥹

Anyone interested in a “cooking for multiples” sub?

@lisas Hahahahahahaha YES, you are the very first person who’s gotten it. When I get messages, they usually begin with “hi Emily…” I love her explanation: the snake was as skinny as aunt Emily and as green as spinach

@lisas Thank you for that. Idk why I feel that way. Pride, I guess.

Anyone interested in a “cooking for multiples” sub?

Bear with me here, I know the title sounds very “BLOG MOMMY😜🥰” but hear me out: I found a few things recently that have helped me save a shit ton of time, are fairly healthy AND help me stretch my WIC allotments. Not even ashamed on this sub to say we receive WIC—even though I am ashamed to...

What’s the dumbest thing anyone ever said to you as a twin parent?

@eaglerider I HATE when people say “I could NEVER!” I don’t think they get that we didn’t really ask for two at once

    Updated Recipe Rolodex

Several of you offered additions last time I posted this (thank you!), so I’ve updated. Please comment quick, easy (and ideally, cheap) recipes; I’ll add and repost as long as I continue receiving new ideas on each repost. I won’t be offended at all if this isn’t something people care to use...

What’s the dumbest thing anyone ever said to you as a twin parent?

@monel I also teach high school (except this year bc I’m staying home w the babies). When I told my kids I was pregnant, at least three of the boys looked at each other and laughed and one of the girls was like “so that means you…you know bc you’re pregnant” hahaha. So glad they helped me...

What is the dumbest thing you’ve heard?

@donw1245 Does not matter. I heard them saying “morphine” and “fentanyl” before my c section but the tugging sensation still made me sick and they had to knock me out when they were sewing me up 😅
