    @felicitys take baby on leisurely walks! it’s great for both of you & kind of helps scratch that itch. i also started doing postpartum-safe core exercises & pelvic floor exercises that i found on youtube so when i did finally get back to regular workouts, i felt stronger & more prepared.

    @deamy we tried at exactly six weeks with a LOT of lube & a lot of mental-relaxing on my part. it wasn’t great at first, but it quickly got better after a few tries. i actually couldn’t orgasm the first 3ish months PP, but that went back to normal, too. it just takes time.

    @katrina2017 breastfeeding killed my libido way more than pregnancy ever did, even those last few weeks when i felt like a swollen hippo. i didn’t even realize it until i was done breastfeeding that i hadn’t thoroughly enjoyed sex in so long.

    How far along are you and what’s your workout routine?

    @e2014 i am 30 weeks & do 5 days of Hungry Fitness weightlifting program, & i take my toddler on 30-60 minute walks every day (weather permitting). but with my first pregnancy i also got horrible lightning crotch & at that time i did hiking on the treadmill for like an hour the entire 9 months...
