    Income needed for 3 kids

@mariefromtexas Well for one, she’s lying🤣🤣. Second of all 100k is above average and absolutely just fine. You make adjustments like less eating out etc. most people aren’t even making that much, and they’re figuring it out.

At the point of wanting to burn my ring sling

@blessedj316 I have four kids, baby wore all of them and I never ever liked any sling. I’m a firm believer that they’re more for looks than function.

    Daycare says Cloth Diapers Uncomfortable

@trevorkian Not everyone here will agree but some cloth diapers really are not comfortable. Some are too bulky and do inhibit movement. I can’t answer gilt without knowing or seeing what you’re using but I know some in my stash can’t be used once my baby is trying to sit crawl or walk due to bulk.

    Income needed for 3 kids

@philm So he makes 600k a year. I call bullshit lady, and I say this as someone whose husband makes 500k a year. You need a serious reality check telling someone 400k would be just fine. Most families of 4 are just fine and then some on 150k.

    Income needed for 3 kids

@morgannicole555 No one can answer you this. It depends on your debt, your lifestyle, what you consider comfortable, your property taxes etc. What salary works for one family could ruin another.

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

@sparagmos Yes! It’s usually the first part of the night and then past 3 am will snooze more consistently! I can definitely see it being from solids upsetting the tummy, that’s a good thought. Maybe I’ll shift the last meal to earlier.

    Gender patterns?

    @daniel1986 I have 4 boys, would probably have a 5th boy if we went for a 5th

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

@hisbestfriend He wakes up at 630, down for a nap at 10 that lasts maybe 40 minutes. Then he doesn’t go down again til 2 or 3 and sleeps for maybe 1 hour or 1.5. Then he goes to bed at 7:30. Does that sound normal?

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

@mysticalpsalmist Same! For all four of my kids honestly, I’ll tell you I really think I just completely eliminated these nights with the other children from my memory cause my husband said they all did it lol

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

@cutin He is definitely teething! So he takes two naps and they total maybe 2.5 hours if we’re lucky. The first nap is usually 40 minutes and the second is maybe 1.5 hours ?

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

@saki1452 I know he’s def teething, but oh my goodness I honestly think he’s over stimulated with how crazy our house is, my kids are ages 6, 3 and 2 and the baby. I wonder if that’s part of it? Ugh I’m sorry you’re also dealing with it! How exhausting!

“You’re so lucky you can afford to stay home”

@merekas Being a stay at home mom is either a massive luxury or a grave necessity. There’s no in between.

Does anyone else have a baby that will just wake upwards of 20 times a night?

That’s where I’m at right now. I have 4 kids, and my fourth 9 months old right now. Recently, every 20 minutes or so he just yells out and wakes up. Eventually around 1 or 2 am he just wakes up entirely just playing. I’ve had his ears checked and they’re clear, no infection. I honestly can’t...

    Another rash post

@danny2023 I do. And it runs out super sudsy at first. I’ve even tried running a full normal cycle with no detergent, still suds. My baby also needed nystatin. I’m taking my diapers out of the wash to the tub and hand rinsing til it runs clear. It’s truly insane but my washer just doesn’t use...

    Another rash post

@danny2023 My unsolvable rash was from the material (pockets) and detergent not being fully rinsed. I had to switch diapers entirely. And I have to hand rinse my diapers out til they run clear in the tub. No rash though.

If you have 1 SAHP and 1 Parent working full time…

@akdamar We absolutely split things. Once a week we do a deep clean and everyone helps. My husband does daily tidying and dishes, cooks changes diapers when he isn’t working. I think it’s ridiculous if you have to ask for help to shower. He should be taking the baby so you can.

    Parentified

@cinderedsoul Mine are 6, 3, 2 and 4 months. I totally get that, I mean like leaving the older with the younger for a decent chunk of time and making them responsible. That’s something I do not do.
