    @vbytuffff Cat/cow can be really helpful for the lower back! Also, I’ve personally had some success lately with good mornings with a light amount of weight and really focusing on my lower back muscles (I used to do back extensions but I am 32+3 now so my belly is very much in the way lol)

    7 Weeks - When Can I Let Him Sleep For Longer?

    @mirele So at about 2 weeks it’s okay to let them sleep for 3 hours then? Did you find this was the case with your LO? I am dreaming of the days when my currently 2.5 week old will sleep for a longer stretch and will also stop making random frog noises in her sleep lol
