@guidance We use unscented dove soap after bronners that also ruined our skin. Not totally granola but it works best for us.

@nicholas29 I’ve got younger ones but brainspotting therapy actually gets your body to process the trauma, where CBT does not. Once that happens, triggering happens a whole lot less.
