    @falan So for me with my first (who was very sensitive) it literally took a month of slowly stop moving, then moving myself closer and closer to the crib, and then placing her in the crib and standing there. Then leaving. It worked, but it was slllllllow. Death by a thousand cuts slow.

    @aog17 I think it’s only selfish if you intend to have the older child act in a parental way in any fashion.

    @trandraskell Who the fuck would LEAVE THEIR BABY WITH A STRANGER!? Even countries where the babies sleep outside unattended would be what the fucking over this!!
