@agnetha1988 If they are not doing their job that's not quiet quitting. The definition of quiet quitting is to still do your job. You just don't go above and beyond for no extra pay. A lot of people aren't seeing the benefit to "hustle" culture anymore. It certainly drives people to work insane...
