Father in Law wants to change baby’s name so badly

@mogulmama Good thing it’s not his baby. If he loves you so little, he doesn’t need to see you or the baby.

Calling All Moms Who Have Breastfed

@lukester09 You’re not failing. You can’t spoil a baby. It sounds like you have a very loved, growing, attached young man experiencing separation anxiety. I would just keep offering other things and set a time limit on nursing, if you want to.

When did you stop tracking everything for baby (e.g., nursing sessions, wet/soiled diapers, sleep duration, etc.)?

@christiangirl94 I just recently stopped tracking everything. I only track sleep and poop still.

Why should I even bother exercising and counting calories? (Breastfeeding, 3 months pp)

@rejisamuel I am almost three months postpartum, and my goal is movement everyday and mental health. Do I want my banging body back? Of course! But the stress isn’t worth it to me right now. I don’t count calories or restrict eating, I just try to get enough protein at meals and snack on...

Painful sex 9 wks after c section getting worried

@makerkent That’s still so early. My husband and I tried to build back stamina at around 3 months. And even then, my OB prescribed me an estrogen cream to help with my hormones. I would also recommend pelvic floor therapy. If you don’t have access to a therapist, you can Google some exercises.

    THANKS I’m cured!!

@anthonyinalabama That very basic quiz that OBs give mamas came back as borderline PPD and my OB told me to “relax.” Thanks, lady, I’ll relax my way to a new OB. I’m sorry your friend gave you that terrible advice.
