    We f***ed up. Ruined sleep trained baby

    @srjoanna We struggled from 2 to 2.5 with naps! Once 2.5 hit my daughter just gave up Naps all together. She would fall asleep randomly from time to time but did well with it overall. And her nights stayed good. At that age we were fine with the nap struggles as long as nights stayed good...

    What’s your schedule if baby wakes at 8-8:30 am?

    @sthsu Whenever we get closer to a nap transition (even a few months out) we regularly wake at 7am so we can fit everything in at reasonable times.

    @laura888 Literally same lol. Especially because my son (10 months) shows sleepy cues when he's just bored lol

    @benedix I think babies thrive off routine. Both of mine have but in slightly different ways. Our first thrived on routine but didn't need an exact schedule. Our second needs everything strict! He gets overtired very fast. With all that said, if it ain't broke dont fix it!
