What happens if I never sleep train my baby?

@opinionsareopinions You can respond to her cries and still hold the boundary of them sleeping in their own space. Thats what I did. No sleep training, but we never bedshared. Nothing against it, I just wasn’t comfortable with it and I also didn’t want the habit to break in the future. I was...

Why should I not let my baby “use me as a human pacifier”

@yoshinat0r Your baby nursing for comfort/using you as a pacifier is actually really beneficial to your supply. Helps baby be comforted, sleep, and it tells your body to produce more milk. It’s beneficial all around. The only reason to not is because it can get uncomfortable, and it isn’t always...

    1 year old bday gift

@jayk Really? My daughter has always been 90th percentile and we’ve been using it since she was around 14 months, she’s now 2 and we’re still using it all the time and she’s not even close to outgrowing it. We just used it today!

    1 year old bday gift

@ejfan291 Our most used gift from her first bday is her bike. It’s the SmarTrike 3 in 1 (edit, now I think it’s called SmarTrike Breeze), starts out as a push bike for babies and you can take off the little rail and the push handle for when they’re old enough to properly pedal later on.

@dol1lbabyzs Not organic, but our fav pyjamas are George brand from Walmart, they’re 100% cotton and have always been the best fit for my chunky girl. She could never squeeze into carters her whole life.

Transition from room-sharing to nursery at 10 months

@brione A couple reasons! First, for guests to stay over since we live pretty far out of town. Our bedrooms are really small and the queen size guest bed won’t fit in her nursery unless we took all the furniture out of it lol. Second, it makes me sad that I put so much work into her nursery...

Transition from room-sharing to nursery at 10 months

Hi! Thought I’d come here because all the advice I’m getting is all sleep training/CIO related and I don’t want to do that. My 10 month old sleeps with me in the guest room in a pack n play. We did this because I wasnt ready to stop room-sharing but my husband’s early morning alarm was waking...

    H&M MAMA maternity jeans

@velden777 Their “treggings” are amazing too! They’re like jeggings, really thin and stretchy, so so comfortable but look exactly like jeans.
