    For those who have weaned before.

    @vl32 I weaned two weeks ago when my son got the flu and refused to nurse anymore. I have some hot flashes and dizziness- this happened with my first, too, but other than that I feel amazing.

    @gembeldolar My best advice is to ask your neighbors for recommendations. That's how we found everyone. Get quotes and see how you can fit it into your budget.

    @neroway Our handyman can fix just about anything, and he doesn't require 4 trips to home depot for every project, like we do :) His 30 minute projects would take us 3 hours and an entire weekend day.

    Any basis to “babies don’t know they’re separate from mom until x age”?

    @bornagainrealist I have a business trip that will take me away from my son for 6 days. He’ll be 6 months. I’d like to know for peace of mind that I’m not going to screw him up somehow.
