2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

@lolaeliot I’m trying to get myself into a self care routine. I just forget about myself so often when I’m caring for the babies. I definitely need to get my diet under control because I just grab what’s easiest without really paying attention to what’s in it

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@krill Thank you! I worked in childcare for a while, and a good attitude was key to have a good day..maybe that’ll translate to becoming parents too 😅

2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

@aurora I live in a rural area, I can walk around my yard, but I can’t take the babies. I haven’t figured out how to get out on a walk without needing to pack them up and drive somewhere. We go on a few walks a week

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@metsfan5976 Thank you! I need a little rain on my parade right now 😂 I keep telling my husband, “oh it won’t be that bad” and I know I’m just setting us up for failure thinking that way. I don’t need to sleep as much at night, but he works 12 hour shifts and needs his sleep. My mom will be here...

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@nirajrana Thank you! That’s so reassuring to hear that the recovery from the C-section was easier than pregnancy. I’ve been so miserable between being in pain constantly, morning sickness coming back and insomnia, I can’t imagine anything being worse than this. Even still, I’ve been so anxious...

2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

@snowfitness1 At least we’re not alone in feeling this way! I’m sure we’ll get passed it, but it feels like it’ll be this way forever right now.

2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

@forgiven2013 This is amazingly reassuring! I feel like I’m going crazy sometimes feeling so down on myself. I also just stopped breastfeeding, and I beat myself up for that for a few days. I didn’t even think about the hormones that are reeking havoc on me. Its almost gotten to the point that...

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@eil I still don’t fully understand what those terms mean, but I think I’m having di/di twins. I know they’re fraternal for sure.

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@fab01 Oh my goodness!! That’s so scary. My doctor told me that was a possibility if I chose a vaginal birth, and I immediately asked for a C-section

2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

@lovejoy76 Having some sort of reference for a time frame is so helpful. I feel like I’ll never get passed this, but it’s reassuring to know I will eventually.

@ponchsox Oh my goodness that sounds so scary! I hope you get to take your babies home soon!

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@anonymous18 Thank you for that reminder! My mom is supposed to stay with us for about a month, so I hope that’ll be enough to help get through the worst of it.

2 months postpartum and i don’t know where to start 😕

I need some advice and maybe some encouragement. I’m two months postpartum with twins. I had a C-section, and I have been feeling so disgusted with myself. It started with me just hating my body, but now I just think I’m the most hideous thing ever. I look in the mirror and just hate...

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@lisavet The lack of sleep is one thing I know I’m going to struggle with. My husband also has to go right back to work, but he’s able to take a week vacation the second week we’ll be home. We’ll also have some family help too. You’re right though, these last few weeks of pregnancy have been awful!

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@jtkyber I’ll be delivering at 37 weeks too. I’m most worried about the C-section recovery and lack of sleep for my husband and myself. I haven’t even considered the hormone crash and body image issues (which are already raging). I’ve been so emotional already, and I keep thinking it’ll be...

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

I need some nitty gritty of what it’s actually like to bring home babies after a C-section. I have this idea that things won’t be all that hard and we’ll be able to figure it out without a problem. I almost feel like I’m setting myself up for failure because I’m not preparing myself for how hard...
