    12 minute naps

    @caliwaterpolo 12 is not a sleep cycle.. I heard 30 is more normal for newborns, which is about what mine gets in his naps. I think a full sleep cycle is 45-50 minutes though so I don't even think 30 is a full cycle. But Google says it's normal for 30 min so I just go with it
