    @1christian We are mostly virtual, so COL is whatever it is in your location. Lots of folks have moved to VLCOL!

    @1christian Yes, I think they are fairly compensated, at least for the roles that I was involved in hiring. As people here mentioned, in the $110 to $130K with a couple of years experience out of college.

    @lovergirlz Ugh. I am so with you on that. I have not taken a "me" break in like, forever. Each time I take PTO it's to do something for the kids or for my family or to cover for my husband being out of town.

    @porcelainchild Yeah, I guess age, having kids and being more senior go hand in hand. But then if you are younger and not trying as hard, you never get to senior. I am just curious where the hard working younger folks are at?

    @grace4nan Interesting - I am curious about what industry you are in. I am in healthcare tech, but it's mostly virtual (WFH) so people can hide out - and it's a young company and certainly no guarantee of job-for-life! I don't like the sound of ten miserable years before retiring!
