    @quangqui007 Keep latching, don’t stop. Your milk will come in in a couple of days. If you need to, you can pump after latching baby, but I just suggest that you keep latching him as much as you can.

    @seye I just looked at the ingredients in ritual prenatals and I’m not seeing what you are saying about it being the wrong type of folic acid? It has Methylated Folate/5-MTHF which from my understanding is the kind that has the most bioavailability.

    Is it normal to take over a month to see a very minimal supply increase only for things to tank within days?

    Already posted to exclusive pumping groups. I’m 4.5 months pp and my supply has been all over the place as an exclusive pumper. I was averaging around 15oz a day, then was able to get my supply up to around 17oz only for it to tank to 12oz, and then to slowly work back up to an average of 17oz...

    What do you class as sleeping through the night?

    @wolfgang85 If they’re side nursing and baby is dream feeding I don’t see why it wouldn’t be considered sleeping through the night.
