    What do you class as sleeping through the night?

    @sass Officially it’s 6+ hours uninterrupted. So if baby goes down at 7 but wakes to feed at 3, they are technically sleeping through the night. Spiritually however, I think it’s sleeping from bedtime to 5:30 am or later.

    @nectarius I have no clue. We use white noise at night but never for naps, and we don’t even pull down the curtains for nap 🤷🏼‍♀️ she sleeps great so far!

    @mark7871 Yep - I avoided blackout blinds, soothers like the the Snoo, etc so baby wouldn’t be reliant on them. She takes her naps in full daylight 🤣

    @sagarjackey I am the opposite - I dropped weight very quickly and actually ended up lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight but, like you, my appetite went through the roof. And because I was just dropping weight, I could eat whatever I wanted without issue. Now that I’m weaning, I haven’t taken...

    @lukas741 I was literally calculating on a 10 scale instead of a 12 scale so 🤣 And I don’t even have an excuse, my baby DID sleep 10 hours last night 😭

    @lukas741 7 to 1 would not be 6 consecutive hours of sleep.
