    @jesking 100% this as well protein (I aim for 100-125g/day) + heavy weights + at least 7000k steps per day and I'm also hypothyroid which adds a fun extra factor to actually losing weight. I used to be able to get away with a ton of HIIT/Crossfit workouts which yes they had weights but not...

    @docmrm The hardest part with two kiddos is getting to and from the plane, after that you have plenty of people who are willing to help so do whatever you need to make it easier. Check your luggage, baby wear and put toddler in a stroller that you will gate check so you have it when you get off...
