Anyone else’s baby fit into smaller age size in clothes?

@netty805 I really don't like it when clothes have an age suggestion, because babies (and toddlers) don't reach a certain size at the same time even though I assume the sizing us based on something. I like when the size says a number and that number refers to how many cm tall the baby/toddler...

Anyone else feel like it's a struggle to get baby out and about?

@ajay003 I don't really have an answer, because the situation can vary so much from location to location. But some safe people watching activities could be going to a park or playgrounds and watch older kids play (outdoors). That is something my baby loved doing. At 9 months (or maybe...

It’s ok if your nursery isn’t finished or doesn’t exist

@sofie Our nursery is currently "the room of boxes" after our renovation and move (I'm 38+6 weeks). I have a place for baby to sleep in our bedroom when we get home though and a place for diaper changes. Nothing Pinterest-friendly though. But I accepted early on that with the timing of the move...

How do you approach the stupidity that is Daylights Savings Time?

@chrisfromdublin Ah, I see. I guess since we work and our toddler goes to daycare, this doesn't really apply. We usually wake her up at 7am to get ready to leave for daycare 20 mins later (she eats breakfast at daycare). So now we will all be waking up an hour earlier, we can't choose to sleep...

How do you approach the stupidity that is Daylights Savings Time?

@sabstame But with spring forward, you lose an hour of sleep. In fall, you gain one. I find spring to be worse for that reason, but it usually sorts itself out after a couple of days of normal routines.

New dads, don’t forget to celebrate your wives tomorrow

@brittandjoe Agreed. When was in early third trimester with my first, I did not feel like being celebrated on mother's day. I celebrated my mother and probably talked about being able to celebrate as a mother the following year.

"HoW mUcH dO yOu GeT wHeN yOu PuMp?"

@snowymtn I pump every morning before work so I can start my work day feeling comfortable (and so my husband can bottle feed breast milk while I'm at work). How much I get varies depending on how much she eats during the night and probably other factors too. I don't worry about it much, but I...
