What’s the dumbest thing anyone ever said to you as a twin parent?

@nathann Haha we all laughed about it. I didn’t take it personally. She was trying for another baby.

What’s the dumbest thing anyone ever said to you as a twin parent?

@1am3laine Even identical twins can be of different sizes. Mine are identical twins and one is 1 lb bigger. At 4.5 months, one lb difference is very visible.

I’m about two weeks out from having a C-section to have my twins, and I think I’m a little too delusional

@rrruff The hardest parts are: getting in/out of bed, lowering and reaching in the bathroom, holding babies to breastfeed.

"They slept like angels, they always do!"

@faye58 No helmets aren’t inevitable. I had mine in PT and put them in the Perfect Noggin mattress at 5 months adjusted for 6 weeks. Their heads look so much better now. One has a normal shaped head now. The other one is close to having a fully round head.

37 weeks, twin girls, natural or section?

@lisajcoleman1 You already set yourselves up for disappointment with a detailed birthplan. I would listen to the ob if I were you. They have seen way more twin pregnancies than you have experienced. I wouldn’t play with fire with my babies’ health and mine. They know what they are doing.

37 weeks, twin girls, natural or section?

@matt97 Same. I was induced for almost 24 hours and barely progressed to a few centimeters. I then had an emergency CS where I lost too much blood and almost got a hysterectomy.

    Help with sleep training

@strugglingsinner1 At 6 months old, my twins barely napped 30-40 minutes and not at the same time. The little buggers slept in shifts. One woke up, the other one went down. So I never got a rest. It was rough. Some babies go through a regression at that age. Yours sound overtired.
