    i don’t wanna pump anymore

@brandon_d You’re pumping 2-4 times IN ADDITION to feeding baby at the breast? That is definitely not necessary. You’d be better off using your time to focus on properly nourishing and hydrating your body than pumping, since proper nourishment is so hard sometimes as a new mom. You absolutely...

Is having a second kid really worth all the trouble? It looks exponentially harder to go from 1 to 2 kids than zero to 1.

@christopherpriestley 0-1 was the hardest transition of my life. I feel like with each subsequent kid I’ve had easier and easier transitions. Just had my 3rd 2.5 months ago and it was even easier than 0-1 or 1-2

People who “diagnose” themselves with fertility issues before they even start trying

@manitouscott I had a friend who wasn’t really trying but wasn’t preventing pregnancy and freaked out 3 months into marriage when they still hadn’t gotten pregnant.

    I don’t get it

@15gb2 I chanted wake windows cause my kids never actually “went to sleep when tired” or gave indication they were tired until they were overtired. Once I started following age appropriate wake windows my life got easier.

What are your plans for Mother’s Day?

@barry61 My husband hasn’t even mentioned it yet. Every year I tell him he’s in charge because I just want a day to plan nothing. Last year he gifted me tickets to see Hamilton which was so nice. We’ll see if we do anything this year. That being said, he has to work on Mother’s Day so we’ll see

    C section aftercare: a warning

@kellygok Add on that not everyone experiences the same level of pain post c-section. It’s okay to listen to your body if you don’t feel you need it. I took the Tylenol and Motrin around the clock in the hospital and once we were discharged I took them maybe every 12 hours? I didnt have too much...

3 weeks of no diapers and STILL haven’t made it to the bathroom for poop

@drawingangel2 It took my 3.5 year old almost a month and a half to get poop down. I reached a point where I was just throwing out undies if they were bad enough. A couple weeks of throwing them out was still cheaper than diapers so I didnt feel as bad. And it saved my sanity. Stick to it...

I have too much on my plate

@atreides82 Dog needs to be rehomed. Dog bites are dangerous. Continue putting your foot down. Your toddler can have a lot of fun without the pool. No need to force potty training

In desperate need of a break but husband won’t let my mom help me

@sam77 Yeah for instance, my mom can’t babysit because she’s an alcoholic who once left wine out that my the. 2 year old drank. So she can’t babysit for obvious reasons. The cardigan thing is silly and I wish that was the worst I had against my kids grandparents

Is what I am doing when I am sick wrong? My wife seems to think so

@disguisedlamb Screen time has different rules when you’re sick. I would’ve and HAVE done the same
