    @katrina2017 This should be the top comment, working with abused children really changes your perspective on things, we have to put animosity aside and keep our children safe.

    @dhkkim I never said anything about this scenario, we are specifically talking about partners and or adults that will have the opportunity to be alone with my child. If you are comfortable allowing (your young child or toddler) around strangers, that’s your decision based on your life...

    @katrina2017 Mom / Dad is irrelevant, and competent parents does not lower the statistics for abused children. However, having both parents involved does lower the chances, and by a lot.

    @rachelred827 It’s was super simple actually. The only reason anyone on this thread is giving for why they don’t agree is in some way to “punish” the other parent. Not one mention of a reason pertaining to the child.

    @rachelred827 This is not true, if it’s written in the parenting agreement it can be enforced and OP can lose rights if he continuously violates a parenting court order.
