@kitsoni He is almost 3 months! He sleeps pretty well, but we don’t really have a consistent schedule for him or our life in general! I follow his wake windows for naps currently. And noticed one week he just started wanting to go down for the night around 8/8:30.

@kitsoni I know this is an old post, but can I ask how you did it? Did you just keep him up fussy until your bedtime and he just got used to it? LO used to go down with us at 11 and wake at 10/10:30 but now is wanting to go to bed far earlier around 8. It would make no sense for us and...
