@jdthcstl My wife and I get a combined 12 months off. She took the first 8 @ 85% salary, I took the last 4 @ 91% salary. Both our salarys were covered in portion by government social assistance. We also had the option for 18 months of leave but wouldnt be salary compensated for the entire time.
